PCEF is an approved Pre-K Scholarship Organization through the Pennsylvania Department of Economic Development Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC). Donations from Pennsylvania businesses provide scholarship funding to enable our disadvantaged children the opportunity to attend a quality pre-school.
