Thank you for making this year’s Pack-A-Backpack program a success for the 8th year in a row! Due to the generosity of local community members, churches, and businesses, PCEF was able to provide 360 backpacks and over $5000.00 in school supplies to students in need in the Phoenixville area. Your donations ensured that these children arrived at school the first day with the necessary tools to succeed in the classroom.
A big thank you goes out to Erin Groshon MacArthur, PCEF Board Secretary, for chairing this program and to all her SEI, Inc. co-workers, family and friends who helped fill backpacks. Thank you also to Mick & Cecilia Bauer for helping Erin with the delivery of the supplies the week before school started! We truly appreciate the time given in support of the foundation’s efforts.
