Updated for fall 2023. We asked all 10 candidates to answer several more questions. Their answers appear above the questions we asked in the spring. The question about residency asked them to choose a range of years: 1-3, 4-7, 8-12 or 13+.
Candidates were contacted several times. Those who declined to participate are noted as such.
Candidates for Phoenixville Area School District School Board 2023
Phoenixville Community Education Foundation’s mission is linked to the mission of the Phoenixville Area School District. We believe that an informed and engaged community is vital to the success of our schools. So as we have done in the past, PCEF invited all candidates for the 2023 school board elections to provide information about themselves and their candidacy. We are sharing this information with our supporters to help them make informed decisions on election day.
All candidates’ answers, verbatim, are posted on our website here and will be linked through our social media channels and in an email newsletter to our mailing list of subscribers.
Our goal is to encourage voters to educate themselves and make an informed choice in the election. November 7th is the general election. There are 10 candidates vying for 5 open seats. Helpful links:
