Together We Are – Helping ALL Students!

October 15th, 2020|

Henry*, a PASD parent, lost his full-time employment in June and is struggling financially. He can no longer afford internet service in his home. Because of you, PASD was able to provide a T-Mobile HotSpot for his son Luke, a PAHS student, so he could log on at home to complete assignments. THANK YOU for helping families like Henry and Luke's!

We’re In This…Together!

August 27th, 2020|

TOGETHER we are doing great things! Thanks to your generous support during the pandemic, we’ve fed families and delivered books and school supplies to families in need throughout PASD. But additional needs remain this fall. Our students started school on Monday virtually, using personal or PASD-supplied laptops. We all quickly realized how crucial internet access is.

The COVID-19 crisis abruptly changed the educational world. Displaying this sign in your yard will show your support for all the people who are working hard on behalf of education in Phoenixville, including our wonderful students!

PASD has committed to ensuring our students continue to receive meal support while schools are closed in response to the COVID-19 virus. PCEF is accepting donations to the TOGETHER WE CAN fund, in order to help pay for supplemental meals for hungry students and to help provide things like WiFi hotspots and technology to students who cannot afford them.

March 14th, 2020|

THANK YOU to everyone who helped support the 2020 Phantom Fundraiser. This year's event was one of the most successful in recent memory. We are pleased to announce that our generous donors raised over $114,000 to support education in the PASD schools! We are so grateful to everyone who donated, attended, volunteered or helped in any way with this fundraiser.

Be a “Secret Helper” This Holiday!

December 18th, 2019|

Your donations recently helped to pay off the student lunch debt for some students at the Phoenixville Area Early Learning Center. Families experiencing financial hardship are often unable to keep up with lunch costs which means students incur debt. In PASD no student is ever turned away or "lunch shamed." Recently some 'secret helpers' (a.k.a. PCEF donors) delivered a check to pay off the PAELC lunch debt.
